Photo editing

AI Photo Editing by Description

Upload a shot and describe what to change: background, light, style, clothing or mood. The model repaints the photo to fit the job — no editor and no retouching skills needed.

The short version

What is it?
AI photo editing means editing a shot with a text command: instead of editor tools you describe the result you want.
How does it work?
You upload the frame as a reference and write what to change. The model repaints the image using your source as the guide.
Who is it for?
Social media, marketplaces, presentations and personal archives — anyone who needs an edited frame without Photoshop.
How do I do it in Wibee?
Open the studio, switch to the custom prompt tab, upload the photo and describe the changes.

What the service does

Wibee edits a shot with text: one sentence replaces a chain of operations in an editor.

Change the background

A street instead of a room, a studio backdrop instead of a kitchen — with no cutting around the outline.

Rewrite light and color

A warm evening, a cold studio, a rim light — the character of the light is set in words.

Set the style of the frame

From documentary to cinematic, film portrait or graphic treatment.

Restage a scene you liked

A separate mode: a reference frame plus up to five photos of you, and the scene is rebuilt with your likeness.

How the technology works

A diffusion image model reads your frame and your text as one task and draws a new result — this is not a stack of filters over pixels.

The shot as reference

Composition, pose and likeness come from the photo you upload.

The prompt is the brief

The more specific the description — what to change and what to keep — the more predictable the result.

Model choice

Nano Banana 2 and Nano Banana Pro are both selectable — different detail, different price.

Which photo to upload

The requirements match the other photo-based modes: the model needs a readable source.

Works well

  • A single frame in JPG, PNG or WEBP, up to 10 MB.
  • The face or the object takes up a noticeable part of the frame and is not covered.
  • Even light: daylight by a window or soft indoor light, with no hard shadow across the face.
  • An open angle: straight on or three-quarters.

Better replaced

  • Group shots: the model does not know which person you mean.
  • Dark, blurry and heavily compressed messenger images.
  • Heavy beauty filters and retouching: the features are already rewritten.
  • Sunglasses, a mask, a hood, a deep shadow across half of the face.

What you get

The output is a new image built for your job; your original file stays untouched.

An edited frame

An image with a changed background, light or style.

Download as an archive

Every file of the generation comes as one zip from its card.

Operation history

Each generation is visible in your profile with its price, status and parameters.

Stored for 7 days

Files are deleted after a week; the operation records stay.

Example scenarios

A social post

The same frame in several moods for different platforms.

A product card

The object on a clean backdrop instead of a shot on a table.

A profile refresh

A photo taken at home turned into a tidy portrait.

A style experiment

Test a look or a scene before an actual shoot.

How to edit a photo

  1. 1

Pick the frame you want to change.

  2. 2

Open the Wibee studio and the custom prompt tab.

  3. 3

Upload the photo and describe the changes: background, light, style, what to keep.

  4. 4

Run the generation and download the result.

Limitations

Editing here means repainting, not touching individual pixels. What follows from that:

  • The model repaints the whole frame: nothing is guaranteed to stay pixel-for-pixel identical, even in areas you did not ask to change.
  • Small details — moles, scars, clothing prints and logos — do not always survive.
  • Surgical operations such as "remove exactly this object and nothing else" are more reliable in a normal editor.
  • Hands, jewelry and text in the background remain the weak spot of diffusion models — reroll a frame with prominent hands.
  • Upload only your own photos or images you hold the rights to: you confirm this before each run.
  • Adult material, images of children in inappropriate contexts and attempts to pass a result off as a real event are rejected by moderation.

Frequently asked

How is this different from filters?

A filter changes pixels by a formula; the model draws the frame again from your description — which is why background and light can change, not just tone.

Can I change only the background?

Yes, that is the most common job. State in the prompt that the person and the clothing should stay as they are.

Will the likeness survive?

Recognizable features stay, but the frame will not be a pixel-for-pixel copy of the original.

Can I recreate a shot I saw online?

There is a dedicated mode for that: upload the reference scene and your own photos, and the scene is rebuilt with your likeness.

Do I need editing skills?

No. Describing the job in plain words is enough.

How much does it cost?

It charges the custom-prompt generation price from your token balance; the exact number is shown in the studio next to the form.

How long does it take?

Usually minutes. The status is visible in your profile and the files download as an archive.

What happens to the photo I upload?

It goes to the AI provider's temporary storage for the generation and is deleted together with the result files after 7 days.
